Submitting an Essay
All essays can be submitted to The Dominion Institute anytime during the 2009-10 school year up to May 7, 2010.
For each submission to be counted in the contest we require the following information:
- Name of the student writing the essay and home mailing address, phone number and email address **note: please do not send in an essay with only an email address**
- Name of the teacher or instructor who has supported the submission and their contact information
- School name and full mailing address
- The Great Questions topic you selected (Founding Concepts, After Unity, etc.)
- The essay
**note: if you are between high school and university/college, or if your semester has finished at the time you enter the contest, please contact a former teacher for permission to use their name to support your submission. We require a teacher name in order for your submission to be included in the judging.**
Email: Submissions should begin with the above contact information and then the essay should be pasted into the body of the message.

Fax: Submissions can be faxed to 416.506.0300. Faxed submissions should contain a cover sheet will all required contact information.

All mailed in submissions must be postmarked by May 17, 2010 to be considered for the contest.
The Historica-Dominion Institute will acknowledge receipt of your essay by email within 14 days of the contest deadline. If you do not receive confirmation that the Institute has received your essay, please contact us toll-free at 1.866.701.1867
